Football Scheme for boys and girls aged 6 - 14yrs.   
(Important information below)

The 'UK Football Academy' is a football development process for young players who play regular football at junior club level or above.  

We invite players from school and junior teams to attend the academy. We are focused and passionate on how we can improve rising stars to train to their best possible levels but still incorparate fun games into our practices.

Development process:

Step 1 - Holiday Scheme -
Each player will receive a 2 day trial during school holidays run by UEFA qualified coaches who have played at professional level or currently work in professional academies. Each day runs from 9am until 3pm. The holiday scheme is open to boys and girls aged 6 – 14yrs. Players will be selected into relevant age groups and will work on various topics over 2 days. *Open invitation* 

Selections:
Successful candidates will then be invited either by written letter or email to attend our 6 week Evening Scheme. This is the first development process for players to aim for.

Step 2 - Evening Scheme:
Throughout the Evening Scheme the Academy coaches will concentrate on a number of areas that  players would like to improve on.
Players will complete a questionnaire with personal aims & targets for the 6 weeks.
Each player will become part of a weekly academy and attend sessions for a 6 week period held for 90minutes per session - 1 session per week.

Selections:
Successful candidates will then be selected to feature in the ‘UK Academy Team’.

Step 3 - Trial Games
Following the Evening Scheme, successful candidates will be asked to represent the 'UK Academy Football Team' and perform their skills in a number of friendly matches against other soccer clubs. Please note this can be from 1 – 5 games and are generally held at professional football clubs.

Professional scouts will attend the our schemes but will not approach any players. This will be done by written letter through our structured process here at the academy. 

The academy player must have commitment, enthusiasm and dedication to improve as a rising football player.

• Agility and Speed work
• Positional Development
• Small Sided Games
• Nutrition and Healthy Eating

For this opportunity we charge a cost efficient service and give your child 100% support and advice during every coaching session.
Academy Costs:
Step 1 - £30 - Holiday Scheme - 2 Days
Step 2 - £30 - Evening Scheme - 6 weeks
Step 3 - £2.50 subs - Trial Games to cover expenses and facility hire
 

We have strong links with professional football clubs including:
Leeds United FC, Barnsley FC, Huddersfield Town FC, York City FC and many more.
*** Please note - No mention of trials will be discussed during any of our schemes. Any trial offered will be made through our structured process by a writren letter or email. ***
